I am trying to stream a video from YouTube and keep getting an error about "Unable to load media, Please check your internet connection or try again later". My internet connection is fine, the odd thing is if I embed the HTML into indesign the video streams well but if I use the overlay panel I get the error message. Anyone else notice this behavior?

I need to create a multi folio app and a single folio app that can be downloaded and coexist together (ie: tha last one doesn't overwrite the first one downloaded).
Anybody can tell me what I need to do to achieve this? give different bundle id to the apps? different p12 certificates?
I made a fast test and I'm just able to build apps that overwrite each other.

I'm trying to update articles and regardless of the size or complexity, I keep getting the "Upload has failed. Network Failure" message which leaves my article with an exclamation point on it. Yet, the simple text changes I made to the original article appear when I view the article in the Folio producer and the changes appear to have worked when I view the folio in the content viewer. Apparently everything is getting done, but what is causing this error message?

Customers using DPS App Builder to create applications with .mobileprovision files created in the iTunes Developer Portal after 7/17/2014 are experiencing error #1009 when attempting to create the application. This only impacts customers using .mobileprovision files created after 7/17/2014. Older .mobileprovision files will work correctly.
We are investigating the changes necessary to update App Builder to support recent changes to the .mobileprovision files generated by the iTunes Developer Portal. An update will be posted to http://status.adobedps.com/ by Monday, July 21st, at 8am PDT.

but in DPS app builder, I always recognized as having a single account CC ... why?
Adobe takes time to upgrade/Change an account ?

I have recently updated a multi-folio app to v30 and have published a PDF folio to it as we have done for years. However, when a reader goes in to the latest folio, the pages are pixelated and take ages to fully render. Is this a new way of loading folios? It looks faulty because the cover in particular takes ages to load fully (even though it is a static PDF page). This has been picked up by readers and we have had complaints.
Can anyone offer any insight?

Wondering if anyone could help.
I have multiple HTML overlays set to autoplay containing a link to an itunes preview of a song.
These HTML overlays are each the second state of their own Multi State Object so that the user can effectively "Play/Pause" the itunes previews.
This all seems to work beautifully on the first open of the app, but on reopen, all the previews play at once wherever the user opens the app and can only be paused by activating each MSO
Does anyone have any idea? - It also happens on test stacks where only one HTML overlay is present
Could it be an issue with the itunes link? or Does anyone know of a workaround that may "solve" this issue?

Hi! i have a folio in v.27 and i have a problem on pinch and zoom in iphone!
Why if i have a single page article, pinch and zoom doesn't work, but if i have an article with more pages it works????
I build the folio in PDF. So on the ipad it works good!
For me is a big problem.. anyone can help us??

Recently installed CC. Getting this message from inDesign CC Folio panel: You do not have a compatible Digital Publishing Plug-in. Click here to download the Folio Producer tools.
Tried installing the new DPS Tools. No luck.

I am developing an app for the iPad, The client has multiple videos and brochures that get changed, updated, added every month and wants to have it available to their sales force through this app...
I've searched over the internet looking for some information on how this can be done, I was thinking like a scroll wheel/bar with text/links obtained from an xml sheet located on a remote server that as I add new videos/brochures I can add the links to an xml document then his sales force would have immediate access to those links.
Also can InDesign calendars take ics data from google calendar to populate the dates?

InDesign crashed each time I tried to convert my cover to an Alternate Layout, despite trying numerous variations of Liquid Layout including turning it off (whichI thought was the problem). When I tried an inside page, however, all worked fine.
Then I wondered whether it was because I had placed a video on the cover, which in fact really was an Image Sequence of about 500 jpegs. I had wondered whether it was because the page contains EPSes, but I suspect its the Image Sequence. Any solutions greatly appreciated.

Having some issues with overlays that are set to "vector" for "Export format in PDF articles"
It seems as this setting doesn't really affect the output of the overlays? as a test we updated a few of our overlays to utilize this setting and after running them through DPS and loading up the resulting .ipa file the results remain pretty consistently pixelated.
As a note, we are using 2048x1536 source files, rendering a 1024x768 folio and viewing on a retina display. (all screencaps taken from retina displays)
This setup is described as providing an optimal balance between file size and image quality in the thread mentioned above.
Is there anything we could be doing that would prevent the "vector" setting from rendering properly?
Or is this perhaps just the best that type in an overlay will look with a 1024 folio on a retina screen?

I have a folio that is around 275mb that was uploaded so I could share it with my client. Now, when I try to launch Content Viewer a get about a 20 second delay before I am returned to my iPad's home screen.
Just prior to this I was able to see the folio but had about a 25 second delay when changing from vertical to horizontal orientation. I had no problems or delays before uploading the folio to share.
Is there a problem with Adobe's server? If not, what should I check?

UPDATE:
I noticed that Content Viewer appeared to be running, (not responsive), so I force quit. Tried to start it again with the same result; 20 second delay, kick out to the home screen, and what appears to be a running version in the background. I tapped on what appears as the running version and tried to preview the folio again from Folio Builder. Folio Builder does not recognize Content Viewer as running.

I've a problem protecting my articles in web viewer. My client has a free app with free folios. But he wants to share only the cover story in web viewer. So, I defined all articles in the folio as protected except the cover story. The problem is: When I share the content, I can browse through all articles in web viewer whether they're protected or free. Any suggestions? App-Version is v29.1.2, folio is v27.
